Mas depois que seus irmãos foram para a festa, Jesus também foi, embora em segredo, de modo que o público não o visse.

Os líderes judeus estavam procurando ele na festa, e perguntando: “Onde ele está?”

Na multidão havia muita gente comentando sobre ele. Alguns diziam: “Ele é um bom homem”. E outros diziam: “Não, ele está enganando o povo”.

Mas ninguém teve coragem para falar em seu favor abertamente porque todos tinham medo dos líderes judeus.
